Do I need to attend both Tuesday and Thursday?

No. You may choose either Tuesday or Thursday each week.

What if I want extra support after the 4 weeks?

Many participants extend to the 8-week option to continue their healing, release deeper patterns, or work on other habits and traumas that arise. You can also choose to experience a personal hypnotherapy session allowing us to get to the root cause of your specific situation/issues or you may want to sign up for personal 1-on-1 talk sessions.
