We offer both group and individual sessions to meet you exactly where you are on your wellness journey.
✨ Group Sessions – 3x per week | $72/month Perfect for those who enjoy community, motivation, and shared energy. Group sessions provide a supportive space to move, release, and transform alongside others on a similar path.
💫 Individual Sessions – Personalized Support Ideal for beginners, those recovering from an injury, or individuals healing after surgery. Private sessions offer gentle guidance and customized exercises to match your body’s current needs.
2x per week – $54/week
3x per week – $72/week
Clients are welcome to cancel at any time. While payments are non-refundable, individual session participants may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
